Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow ample time to check in and complete intake paperwork.

We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure we bring you the latest and greatest technology. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, we will automatically give patients the discount of greater value at the time of purchase.

Please be advised that our services are elective cosmetic procedures. Procedures provided at Artful Aesthetics are not covered by any medical insurance programs and we do not participate in any such plans. All fees will be discussed with patients in advance of the procedure and are payable in advance of the procedure. For packaged treatments, payment for the entire package is due at the time of the first scheduled treatment. We accept a number of payment options which may be used individually or combined. Cash, credit cards and CareCredit  are accepted. We do not accept personal checks. Pre-approval for CareCredit takes a few minutes. We will do our best to find you a plan that works with your budget.

Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at Artful Aesthetics. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance by a phone call, email and text – because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. If we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, the following fees will be applied to your card on-file or billed to your account:

• CoolSculpting, Sofwave, Fraxel and PDO Threads – 48-hour notice required. No-Shows or notification given less than 48 hours prior to appointment time will result in a cancellation fee of $500.
• ALL OTHER SERVICES – 24-hour notice is required. No-Shows or notification given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of treatment price.

Returns

Skin care product purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase, ONLY if they are unopened and unused, in the original packaging. Latisse and Upneeq products cannot be returned.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Products which are defective or damaged will be replaced. Please bring your defective product and we will exchange it for the same item.

Refunds for adverse reactions will be assessed individually and a credit will be added to your account for future services and/or purchases at Artful Aesthetics. There are refunds in a form of cash or credit cards.
